In Episode 89, we share 11 tips to lose weight when you’re stuck working from your desk! We know how easy it is to grab the wrong foods mindlessly while you're hustling to get through a project at work, so we share some tips that we've learned through our own experience.

  • You don't have to go from 0 to 100 in one day. You can make small improvements and gradually keep improving on those.
  • Just simple things like delivering a note versus emailing can help you get steps in.
  • Using your lunch time to actually eat versus work will help you enjoy your food, ease stress eating, or eating too much later because you're starved.
  • Taking a few minutes every hour to stretch or do some sort of cardio burst will help not only your weight loss efforts but also boost your energy during the day.
  • Simple things that you know already can be done...take the steps, park in the furthest parking spot, take a lap around the office or outside during your break.
