President Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and Chinese President Xi Jinping have arrived in San Francisco this afternoon for this week’s APEC meetings, a high profile and high stakes turn in the global spotlight. 

The international summit isn’t just a chance to strengthen ties and make economic deals, it could also help Biden and Harris reinvigorate their run for re-election.
