It is my honor to introduce you to today's No Labels, No Limits podcast guest, Diana Lund. She is the founder and owner of Smart Business Planning, based near Copenhagen, Denmark.

Today, Diana focuses her work on helping people who are dreaming of owning their own business to get “unstuck” so they can move forward in pursuit of their goals.

She walks alongside her clients from creating a step-by-step plan to holding her clients accountable and simplifying the seemingly overwhelming.

She believes no one should be left “spinning” in their journey to fulfill their dreams and goals. Her many years’ experience helping match job seekers with professional opportunities provides a unique insight to the limiting beliefs and misconceptions that cause people to “play small” and deny themselves the enjoyment of living their dreams.

Diana is the author of, 'I Am Also Important' which is a book focused on ways you, as a relative (of someone with long term serious illness) can remember to take care of yourself – based on Diana’s own story as well as interviews, including psychologists.

The process of writing a book and her planning skills, led Diana to create a unique 5-day Challenge we’ll talk about during the interview.
