Blair Durham the co-founder of Black BRAND and it’s the Regional Black Chambers Commerce founded in 2016 which focuses on economics through entrepreneurship.
This 501(c)(3) does “cash mob” a community event of 50 people or more each bring $20 and patronize a black owned business on a specific day and time.
Cohorts are 12 weeks of one on one training with a advisor in your line of business as well as you will receive 18 months of community support.
Black BRAND offers grants in this program and in the ”last cohort we uploaded $24,000 to four of our business owners who graduated in this class”.
