Former Michigan defensive backs coach and Oklahoma State, Louisville, Texas defensive coordinator Vance Bedford break down Michigan's 27-17 loss to Washington.

Vance and Sam highlight both positive plays and areas for improvement. Vance focused attention on why the defense is surrendering so many pass plays over 10yards especially against tempo. He graded the defensive line as C+, linebackers as B-, and the secondary as D. He stressed the need to focus on fundamentals during the bye week, particularly in quarters and cover two coverages. He also mentioned the impact of injuries and the need for better awareness and execution among players.
