On today's podcast, we’re joined by Zena Livingston.

Zena Livingston is from Long Island, NY. She describes herself as a wife, mother, and grandmother, but that is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. She’s also a seasoned author whose new book, entitled, Now You Have It!, centers around a woman (Donna) whose main focus is on acquiring financial security and social position.

Donna starts out as a teenage single mother who meets her guardian angel, Craig. Her life’s journey takes her from a basement apartment in Freeport to a home in Brookville, an upscale community, and finally back to Freeport.

Along the way, Donna encounters challenges - relationships, financial challenges, health issues, and with her children.

Throughout it all, Craig is there to bail her out while never giving her what she really wants...

Rather what she needs to discover.

Zena and her husband have worked at the same location in North Bellmore for over forty-eight years. Prior to moving to Long Island, she lived in Washington Heights in Manhattan and attended the City College of New York where she received a degree in literature. After having taught English in the Bronx and Freeport, Zena gave up her teaching career to raise her children and help her husband with his podiatric practice. Her love of books and writing was never far away.
