As we've been reporting, Governor Gavin Newsom is promising some major changes coming to California's oldest prison, with plans to transform the facility into the "San Quentin Rehabilitation Center." Newsom says the new institution will be "one-of-a-kind," putting an emphasis on rehabilitation and education for incarcerated people.
