Don't miss this episode of the No Labels, No Limits podcast where we interview Erin Oeth. Erin could be called a community builder, a facilitator, and a coach. Most of all, her experiences of bringing people together in her community over the past 15 years shines through.

She built her career in the university sector equipping students with the tools, support, and resources they need to succeed and became a nationally recognized leader in community engagement and dialogue initiatives in higher education. This led her to become the founder of Erin Oeth LLC, and serves as an enneagram coach guiding individuals and groups toward personal growth and community transformation.

Erin also describes herself as a slow but steady runner, and an avid coffee drinker. She is happily married to her husband Steven, and they currently live in Greenville, SC. Erin places a high value on personal and professional advancement. She is currently reading At Home in the World by Tsh Oxenreider and is continuing her mentoring and coaching with Beth McCord and team at Your Enneagram Coach.

Listen in as I ask Erin to share...

  • How to know if you’ve landed on the “right” number for your type.
  • The impact of the Enneagram on work - and personal relationships and the potential for community building.
  • How, as a Type 5, the enneagram has changed her relationships with herself and others.
