Today we had the chance to meet Victoria Alario, a confidence mentor, content creator, founder and designer of Vicsen the label, and host of For the Girls Podcast. Her mission is to help empower woman who want to raise the bar, and embrace their highest self. She assists others to go from settling to believing they can have it all. Our favorite thought Victoria shared during this conversation was that instead of looking to be confident before you take action, take the action first and confidence will follow.
