Candace Good, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist and author of Own Your Present: A Psychiatrist’s Guide to Mindful Meditation and Living a More Conscious Lifestyle.
Dr. Good currently specializes in college, inpatient, and holistic mental health. She founded Sig: Wellness Studio in 2018 as she is passionate about making meditation and yoga more accessible to people with anxiety and other stress-related conditions. She blogs regularly on these topics for a variety of health websites, including Psychology Today.
Dr. Good graduated from the Penn State College of Medicine in 1999 and was recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry in 2017.
