The definition of work-ethic is the belief that hard work and diligence have a moral benefit and an inherent ability, virtue or value to strengthen character and individual abilities. It's also a principle that hard work is intrinsically virtuous or worthy of reward.
My dad instilled in me a work-ethic like no other at a very young age. If I was mowing the lawn, sweeping up scrubs on our sidewalk, cleaning the basement, training for football or whatever… I represented him and he would always want me to do the right thing and a good job. That small principle that was taught definitely made a difference with the jobs I’d worked at because several people would praise me for my incredible work-ethic.
“Hustle until you no longer have to introduce yourself!” Let’s go to work.
