Back in 2018 my business had just had a 10x jump in sales in less than a year. After 3 years of barely getting by we finally uncorked the bottle neck. 

I had make more money in that year than I had made in the previous 5 years combined. 

But I also had neglected my health

I was in possible the worst shape I had been in my old adult life

I didnt feel good about telling my clients one thing then doing something totally different

I knew it was time for me to make a change
