Warning: I don't usually talk about such R rated topics, but this episode is a little different. If you're under 18 or at work (or you're family with me) I'd recommend you skip this episode and just tune in next time.

This episode is going to cover a fear that crippled me and affected me every day for a decade - sex. I talk about my fear of kissing & having sex, how I faced it, what I did to overcome it, the lessons I learned from "losing my virginity" at the late age of 23, why I waited so long, finally taking sex off of a pedestal, the sexual freedom and detachment I've felt since, dominance as a default setting, why it's worth it to work on your sub-communications, and a ton of other topics.

I was very resistant to posting this episode because other parties are involved and it's very outside what I normally talk about (and much more "R rated" in nature) - but I'd be doing the mission of document my journey a disservice if I didn't talk about overcoming one of my biggest fears to date.

To respect other's privacy, I've opted to keep anonymity for parties that aren't myself when bringing up topics that aren't so "family friendly".
