On today's show I’m speaking with Swen Lorenz again.  Swen co-runs the Sark Property Company and as the title of the episode suggests, they have some exciting news about their investment plans and the general future of Sark. 

I caught up with Swen in London a couple of weeks ago but have been holding back the episode until The Sunday Times had published it's major exclusive article on the same subject a few days ago.
