The Brooklyn NAACP is suing New York City and the State Boards of Elections for what's called the “line-warming ban” that prohibits giving food or water to people waiting in line to vote. Finally, as a way to move more freight on boats as a way to reduce the number of delivery vehicles on the roads, New York City brass recently announced plans for six waterfront sites in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx that will become maritime shipping hubs.
