Design is Public Health - The Swiss Cheese Model

What is the Swiss Cheese Model and what does it have to do with safety and public health? This is a more conceptual episode in which we discuss a big picture concept that improves the structure of a system to be less error prone and more robust. You can find elements of this model in patient safety, security, and tech. The answer is many layers of the metaphorical Swiss cheese.
