The Air Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA) states that If you were administratively discharged solely for failing to obey a lawful order to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, the Department of Defense was precluded by law from awarding any characterization less than a General (Under Honorable Conditions) discharge.
