When dealing with a difficult situation, the ability to solve the issue shows how valuable you are. Exercising different skill-sets like effective communication, critical thinking, leadership and so forth. This is what keeps you employed because if you weren’t solving a problem than you would not be needed, same with businesses. The greatest lesson I’ve learned is to never placed the problem on people. The problem is the problem and the people are there to solve the problem. For example, managing money in a relationship is the problem, not the man or the woman. Putting the blame on the man or woman forfeits the chance of actually solving the problem. The solution is creating a budget together to allocate where the money will be spent instead of wonder where it went. Giving the couple the opportunity to discover their skill-sets in regards to solving that problem. Allow the obstacles you encounter be a way to work on your skill-sets and providing solutions.
