VERMILION — A man who led police on a high-speed chase that crisscrossed state Route 2 multiple times while wearing a hoodie reading “We Don’t Stop For Cops” was stopped by cops last Sunday
Yousif N. Hamad, 33, of Drake Road in Strongsville, was arrested Sunday after the State Highway Patrol warned Vermilion police two motorcyclists were heading east toward the city limits from the Huron area at 11:51 p.m. Sunday on state Route 2.
The bikers had been spotted traveling at high rates of speed and weaving in and out of traffic, according to police.
