Our guest today is Marcus Meadows, ambulatory care operations director for the Department of Veterans Affairs where he oversees all ambulatory care for primary care, medicine, surgery, and mental health in Northern California. Northern California is the sixth largest VA in the country with over 255,000 enrolled veterans, and 14 sites of care that cover more than 44,000 square miles in the region.
