Trying to Reconcile ReBoot the Guardian Code with ReBoot the Original Series | The Fangirl Watches

ReBoot:  The Guardian Code was a big let down for me (a 90s kid who was obsessed with the first 3D animated series).  It especially pained me to never see Matrix or AndrAIa appear in the new show, with zero explanation as to where the heck they went.  So, let me take a shot at explaining that myself in today's theory.
