President Xi publishes signed article before BRICS summit in South Africa

The Chinese president has left for Johannesburg for the 15th BRICS Summit and published a signed article in South African media titled "Sailing the Giant Ship of China-South Africa Friendship and Cooperation toward Greater Success."
