Willmott Dixon to build net zero offices for Oxfordshire County Council

Willmott Dixon has been appointed to construct a sustainable, net-zero four-storey headquarters for Oxfordshire County Council at Speedwell House, with the council set to relocate from County Hall in early 2027 as part of Oxford's West End redevelopment.
