Episode 58: NCAA Div 1 All-American Decathlete and Big Ten Champion Ryan Talbot
Ryan Talbot went carnivore 6 months ago during his NCAA Div 1 season as a decathlete for Michigan State University, and in his words, "Through carnivore I have become a new athlete. You were 100% right when you said I would unlock my super powers ... I finally feel like I’m turning into the athlete I want to be." On Carnivore, Ryan not only won the Big Ten Championship in the Decathlon, but did so only 6 days after a hamstring injury that he thought might end his season. But, on a Carnivore diet, his body recovered in time win the Big Ten, and break the MSU record in the decathlon. Earning All-American honors in the NCAA National Championship, Ryan will go on to represent America against Germany in July in the Thorpe Cup! Watch and support him there!
