In 2005 at 23 years old, a year after returning home from the Iraq War with the United State Army, he purchased his first single-family property, purchased another property in 2006, and another in 2007.
At 2009-Present Gabriel has been investing in multi-family properties, mixed-use commercial buildings, and Mobile Home Parks. He currently holds a roughly $50M+ real estate portfolio consisting of 450 multifamily, mixed-use, Mobile Home Parks, and Commercial units.
