Guest: Timothy McNiven works for the U.S Defence Department as an Intelligence Officer. In 1976 he claims he took part in a U.S Military Study to Improve US Air Travel Security. The scenario for the study included a hijacked airliner which would be deliberately crashed into a 100 story building in the United States.
In 2003 McNiven provided testimony for the Ellen Mariani -vs- Bush administration RICO lawsuit that was filed by Attorney Phil Berg at the US District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania Case No. 03-5271.
