RoboCop: Rogue City "Review" - Maybe Buy It For A Dollar?

We both bought RoboCop Rogue City, loved RoboCop Rogue City, and then stopped playing RoboCop Rogue City. Why is this game in equal parts the greatest possible RoboCop game ever and no fun to play? We go through our thoughts on the first chunk of the game that we were able to make it through.
