Saul was given many opportunities to serve the Lord in wonderful ways. When he sinned, God offered him many chances to repent. Sadly, the trajectory of Saul's life was one of constant disobedience and sin. The question for us is not whether or not we sin, we all do, the question is; when we sin, do we dismiss it like Saul, or are we broken and repentant like David?
