As the days get shorter and cooler, there's more opportunity to be tucked in at home... possibly with your journal. While some writers only rant their way to the bottom of the page, you might find your journal is full of wise gems. Such wisdom lives in your heart. It is in your ability to listen to yourself - to actually take a break from the monkey mind and really listen - where you'll find your wisdom.
Be careful how much you fill up your time with idle games or doomed info-bites. Give yourself seven days to really honor a clean mind, and notice all the wisdom, that flocks from your heart and creativity. What would it be like to fill a journal full of that? :)
