Dr. Brian DeCastro is an Army Vet and a practicing Urologist who has performed over 2,000 vasectomies. On top of this, he is a father to four daughters. We discuss having a house of women, managing time between a large family and his work, we get into self improvement as a father and husband and we dive into a lot of the questions men ask leading up to having a vasectomy, from scientific to religious, including experiences from Tyler's personal consultation with Dr. Decastro as well as Dr. Decastro's personal experience receiving his own vasectomy.
