This week's ALL STAR AD is Pam Cawley, CAA who is the Director of Athletics at Foundation Christian School located in Valrico, Florida.  Pam appeared in the ORIGINAL Athletic Director Toolbox Book and today she talks about the importance of "Coaching Your Coaches" and gives a variety of ideas on how to do so!  Pam does a terrific job with here school and today she's coaching all of us on ALL STAR AD on The Educational AD Podcast!
