Washington Is Getting Some Major Offensive Line Reinforcements
Live from Big Ten Media Day, Jedd Fisch told the media that Washington Huskies offensive linemen Gaard Memmelaar and Landen Hatchett will be healthy and cleared for contact for fall camp, which helps answer the biggest question that fans have about the team shortly before fall camp, as the two veterans will offer additional and important depth to a group full of questions after winning the Joe Moore Award last season during their run to the national championship. Fisch also hinted that there might not be a huge split in quarterback reps, which means that highly-touted freshman Demond Williams might take a backseat to Will Rogers during his final year of eligibility, and that Washington's recruiting class isn't done adding talent even after some high-end acquisitions like four-star linebacker Zaydrius Rainey-Sale, four-star wide receiver Chris Lawson, and four-star cornerback Dylan Robinson.
