Herbert "Big Herb" Smith owner of Professional Touch Barber Shop in Suffolk, Va. Big Herb has been cutting hair since he was 12 years old and he has own his own barber shop for over 25 years. He also an instructor and helps with the youth at the local detention center. He is also known for his jovialness, storytelling and a listening ear. When life happens to him as well as others he states that " he prays about it and don't let whatever get him down". Big Herb advice to other barbers and business owners to keep going, don't listen to what everyone is saying, perfect your craft and do what makes you happy with a balance.
