R&B singer R. Kelly was found guilty of racketeering following decades of sexual abuse allegations. In the indictment, prosecutors accused R Kelly and members of his team of travelling throughout the US and abroad to perform at concert venues in order to recruit women and girls to engage in illegal sexual activity with Kelly as far back as 1999.
And in some romantic news for today, it’s been reported that actress and author Lena Dunham has married English Peruvian musician Luis Felber in a secret ceremony over the weekend. The news comes after Lena publicly spoke about undergoing a horrific health diagnosis and ending her former relationship in the public eye.
Plus, it’s the new magazine profile everyone is talking about. A long-form interview with Will Smith has been published in the new issue of GQ, and it shows a side of the Hollywood superstar we don’t normally get to see. It also highlights a rumour that has followed Will and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith for decades, and for the first time, the actor has confirmed that yes, it’s true. But his reluctance to delve further into the topic highlights there are some ‘scandals’ the world just can’t forgive.
