RA8875 Breakout Board gets a revision plus SPI tri-state fix 🔧🔌🔄

The RA8875 is a nifty chip that can do SPI to 24-bit TTL display, up to 800x480! https://www.adafruit.com/product/1590 this breakout is an older design and with many parts no longer available, we had to do a respin to change the backlight driver from a FAN5333 to another high-output constant-current LED string driver https://blog.adafruit.com/2022/08/02/the-great-search-white-led-strand-backlight-constant-current-driver-fan5333-replacement-thegreatsearch-digikey-adafruit/ and while we were there we also updated the MISO pin to be tristate-d via a 74AHC1G125 so that you can share the SPI port with other chips - that was a request from over a decade ago that linged on my todo list. but it's done now :)
