First Lady Jill Biden visited San Francisco today. She stopped by UCSF as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month to bring attention to the Biden Administration's Cancer Moonshot plan to reduce the death-rate from the disease, then attended an annual women's luncheon hosted by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi..
