Toyin Umesiri is an entrepreneur and the convener of the Trade with Africa Business Summit 2018 taking place in Bentonville, Arkansas on May 10th and 11th (www.tradewithafricabusinesssummit.com). After over a decade working in corporate America; at Fortune 1 (Walmart) & Fortune 150 (Whirlpool Corporation), she made the big leap to full time entrepreneurship to follow her passion for Africa.
Toyin's experience spans developing technology solutions and global strategy forApparel Merchandising, Manufacturing, Finance and Controlling, Logistics and Supply Chain for leading brands. She also led the team responsible for designing the Global Sourcing and Supplier Management solutions at Walmart.
Following a trip to Africa in 2015 she committed to using her skills and global networks built as leverage in empowering people on the African continent.
