Does Pixar's The Good Dinosaur Promote Scouting? - The Fangirl Watches

The Good Dinosaur's Arlo is an interesting character, and he reminds me a lot of watching my own son transition from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts.  Did Disney / Pixar intend for this reference?  I'm not sure, but, either way, it makes a fun theory!
