25. Ben Pothoff: City of Dubuque Housing Inspection Supervisor

Today, on the podcast we welcome Ben Pothoff. Ben is the Rental Licensing and Housing Inspection Supervisor for the City of Dubuque Housing Department. As the supervisor, he coordinates licensing and inspections of nearly 10,000 rental units in Dubuque. He's worked in the housing department for almost 9 years in Dubuque and had previously held a similar role in Iowa City before that. He also has experience in construction as a foreman.
