In this episode, Brian and Cate talk in-depth about where they are headed and how the podcast will change going into the new year.

- 05:42 – B is an appraiser. Why? Financial. Most people only know B as an appraiser. Not going to fight that anymore. Sticking with his strength.

- 17:56 – It is Cate’s "Side Note/Tangent" time: Television show finales. Producer Christian liked M*A*S*H. B liked "Star Wars: Clone Wars" and "Rebels".
- 22:00 – Cate will be changing too and focusing on her real estate career. Listeners LOVE Cate.
- 23:35 – This episode will be Cate’s last regular episode. She will be back again in the future.
