In this week’s episode, Zach discussed his pathway from being an Engineering student aligning with the systemic view of the world to become a heart-led Yoga and Meditation student, practitioner and teacher. We discussed the gaps he sees in men with their unwillingness to be vulnerable, to remove the armour and lead from the heart.

We had a great conversation concerning the historical myths of the roles men have played over history and how we need to be careful of the overall historical narrative. This was a very peaceful and calming discussion far removed from most of the previous episodes.
