I interview Inner Light Warrior Brenden (BAM) Durell in this week's episode.

This was a fantastic conversation as BAM has moved into living a life of freedom after visiting many countries as a professional baseball player.

BAM now lives in Mexico; however, he had three months in Guatemala during the lockdown period. We discuss many topics, such as breath work, Daoism, White tantric practices and his love of pure, organic Cacao. We also discussed what it was like for him and how he coped with isolation.
