While some photographers are snapping high octane gigs, weddings, or perhaps sunsets...Bel Litchfield from 'The First Hello' is often hiding in the corner of a delivery suite, like a fly on the wall, capturing the moment women pass through the magical threshold into motherhood. It was my pleasure to chat to Bel about her somewhat non-traditional, but altogether magical job .
They say it takes a village to raise a child...well it certainly takes one to birth a child. In this series I'll be speaking to all sorts of people that we come across from conception, to birth, to the fourth trimester.
