1. Jose Ramirez is here to stay. The Cleveland Guardians just added five more years and 124 more million onto his current contract to ensure the star third baseman stays. It is clear Jose wanted to stay and so did the Guardians. For the first time in forever, the Guardians are keeping a star and a future Hall of Famer for what appears to be his entire career.

2. We talk about Andres Gimenez whose early career mirrors Jose Ramirez’s, and while I am not saying he will have anything near Jose’s career. He should be much improved from a year ago and we get into why.
