How gig economy in India is serious business now

According to research by recruitment business company Taggd in association with CII and Sunstone Eduversity, one in four people hired this year in India are likely to be gig or contractual workers. That’s up significantly from 2020 when the hiring intent for flexible workforce was 18%.
