Kristina went raw to heal from the pain she was going through as a younger woman suffering from hypoglycaemia. Her journey was not easy and she did not always have the support from her family who were confused by her new lifestyle.
Kristina has went on to publish one of the best selling books about the raw vegan diet "The Fully Raw Diet". She also hosts her Fully Raw Retreats in some of the world's most beautiful locations.
