Men, we’re called to mimic Christ in the roles of prophet, priest, and king.
We’re called to lead in the way of obedience, joy, and hope regardless of circumstances. Look at the lives of Adam and Moses—they performed each of these roles, but also falling short in them. If Adam and Moses fell short, we’re going to fall short too.
So, how can we mimic Christ?
You’re not going to be perfect at all of them, but that doesn’t exempt you from the call. Wake up early and meet with Jesus. Continue to look to Jesus and run the race. Jesus fulfilled these roles in ways we cannot. We are called to mimic Him, regardless of our giftings.
