136: Interview with Valentin, a Russian Who Left His Country
Valentin, whom we've talked about before on TOB, joins us to share his story of growing up in Russia, living in East Germany for awhile, getting a good degree and a good job, and marrying his sweetheart, only to see Russia evolving into something else under Putin. In 2013-2014 he began formulating a plan to leave the country and eventually was able to do it. Listen to one man's story.
