Episode 081 - It's "Grid"-Iron Time

Agents, you want to prove your comparable is good? It is time to put up or shut up. Grid your comparables to show that you put in the work and prove it to yourself, your clients, and the appraiser.

A good comparable grid will break the properties down into the vital elements so you can make a more accurate comparison. Don’t do what other agents are doing. Use a comprehensive grid (Brian has one for you if you would like it) so you can see where the value really shows itself.
