Rory took a chance and applied, he went into the interview with a small amount of experience but a lot of passion and drive to get this internship. And he did, he won over his manager Josh with his understanding of the community that Stakester is targeting, his experience with managing Youtubers NepentheZ’s comments on his youtube channel, discord, and formulated NepetheZ’s tournament. As well as his overall passion and love for gaming and FIFA Youtubers.
